Code of Conduct in the Shopping Centre

Galeries de Hull is a privately owned Cominar property, where we are pleased to welcome you. To ensure that everyone enjoys a positive shopping experience, our code of conduct must be followed. It's through the kindness of every visitor that we can make Galeries de Hull a great place to shop! 

Cigarettes and Cannabis

  • The shopping centre is a property that adheres to the Tobacco Control Act and the Cannabis Control Act. Smoking or using electronic cigarettes are only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
  • Consumption of cannabis by any means (including smoking or vaping) is prohibited everywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors.


Disruptive behaviour and loitering

  • The shopping centre is an environment that must remain pleasant for everyone. No form of harassment or discrimination will be tolerated.
  • For your safety, it is important to walk calmly, without running.
  • The shopping centre is a place for eating and shopping. No soliciting, canvassing, or loitering will be allowed.
  • Bicycles, skateboards, balls, and other sports equipment must be left outside and are not permitted in the shopping centre.


Appropriate Attire 

  • When visiting the shopping centre, please come fully clothed from head to toe, including when walking outside the centre. Appropriate footwear is mandatory (roller skates are not allowed in the centre).


Animals

  • Only recognized assistance dogs on a leash are allowed inside the shopping centre. Small dogs in a carrier bag or held in the arms are not permitted.


Benevolence

  • If you find a lost object, please return it to the customer service booth so that its owner can find it.
