On Saturday, April 18, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., head to the event space across from Aubainerie to enjoy an authentic sugaring season experience! Immerse yourself in the festive world of this true Quebec celebration, as the centre is transformed to recreate the atmosphere of a real sugar shack. 

Dance to the beat of traditional rigodons, enjoy organic maple taffy on snow served by Chef Cook, and test your skills at (foam) axe throwing, potato tossing, sawing contests, and tug-of-war! 

Put on your toque and your best plaid shirt to celebrate and dance with us!
